Monthly hours cover the work, meetings, and coordination for your plan. Unused hours expire at the end of the billing month. We agree priorities before starting.
Hardware support covers remote diagnosis and vendor coordination. On-site visits, physical repairs, equipment, and internet-provider charges are separate.
ERPNext hosting and the listed file storage are included. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, other ERP licenses, paid add-ons and AI usage are separately priced.
Large implementations, migrations, additional capacity, and specialized requirements get a separate quote. Extra work starts after your approval.
